Part One -- Local Yokal

First, we will make a map of all the places we eat. We will create a ScribbleMap that locates the sources of our meals. See Ms. Backman's example below.

Mark where you have gotten your last three meals and two snacks -- that's five locations!

Choose appropriate icons ("place markers") for each point on your map -- i.e. burger and drink for a restaurant or coffee cup for a coffee shop.

Save your map. Email your map to yourself ("send to a friend"). Copy the embed code for your map. Embed your map on your wiki page hospedagem.

Part Two -- My Food Comes From Where?!

Next, choose three whole ingredients from one of the meals that you ate. Do your best to figure out where those three ingredients come from. Don't just guess; do some thinking and some research online.

For example, if my apple comes from Washington State, then I would research which areas of Washington grow apples and  choose one that actually ships apples to California regularly. (It's an educated guess!) :)

Once you've determined the likely source of your three whole ingredients -- e.g. milk, oats, bananas -- and chart them on a ScribbleMap.

Choose appropriate icons ("place markers") for each point on your map -- i.e. the milk jug for milk and an apple for an apple.

Save your map. Email your map to yourself ("send to a friend"). Copy the embed code for your map. Embed your map on your wiki page.
